I would like to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, access to the following recordss: • the first notification by UL to the HEA of the purchase of the Rhebogue property purchases, and any documents/correspondence attached to that notification • the letter sent by the HEA to UL on January 29th related to the Rhebogue purchase • the report commissioned by the HEA into the Rhebogue acquisition, which was finalised (I understand) on Friday, March 22 • any correspondence between the president of UL and the HEA related to the Rhebogue acquisition between December 1 2023 and the present • any correspondence between the chancellor of UL and the HEA related to the Rhebogue acquisition between December 1 2023 and the present • any correspondence between the office of the chief commercial officer of UL and the HEA related to the Rhebogue acquisition between December 1 2023 and the present • the independent valuation carried out on behalf of UL in advance of its decision to approve the purchase of the Rhebogue properties • the independent valuation reports subsequently carried out in recent months (I understand by PwC and Mazars)
