​I would be grateful if the local authority could provide the affordable housing delivery targets for the period 2020-2026 inclusive. If available, I would appreciate the information being provided on an annual basis and broken down by delivery type, including, where applicable:Affordable Purchase SchemeCost RentalPart V affordable housing delivery Any other affordable housing delivery categories used by the local authority or the Department of Housing For each year (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026), I would appreciate if the following information could be provided where available:Annual affordable housing delivery targetBreakdown of targets by scheme/typeAny revised or updated targets issued during the period I would prefer to receive the information electronically in Excel, PDF or Word format where possible. _________________________________________________________________________ 2. In addition, I would also like to request the affordable housing need and demand figures for the local authority area for the period 2020-2026 inclusive, broken down by year, as identified in the local authority's Housing Need and Demand Assessment (HNDA).
