In relation to personal injury claims (excluding medical negligence claims) taken against public bodies under the aegis of the State Claims Agency, please can you tell me: Broken down by calendar years 2012; 2013; 2014; 2015; 2016; and the first 6 months 2017; 1) The total number of personal injury claims received, by public body; 2) The number of court proceedings issued, broken down by public body, and per court type (ie District, Circuit or High Court) 3) Costs for personal injury claims (in terms of awards and legal costs) broken down by the public body; 4) The amount of money in legal fees/costs awarded per public body that were written of unrecoverable/bad debts, over the course of each calendar year (or first six months of 2017), arising from personal injury actions.
