National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA)

Access to all records held by the National Treasury Management Agency, including but not limited to emails (including attachments), memoranda, briefing notes, internal correspondence, meeting requests, and any associated file notes, between 1 October 2010 and 30 June 2012, that reference or relate to potential investments in, asset acquisitions from, or potential transactions involving Allied Irish Banks (AIB); specifically between any NTMA official (including Ministers, Ministers of State, special advisers, senior civil servants, and other staff) and certain named individuals or entities. The request includes records in which these individuals or entities are referenced in relation to AIB, whether or not they were direct correspondents.
