Department of Finance

Any records held by the Department of Finance on the decision-making processes that allowed refurbed.ie to become a vendor of the cycle to work scheme. Specifically, I would like to know how they qualified to sell used bikes with the scheme when it usually only allows the sale of new bikes. I would also like to know if there any records that show evidence of more used bike vendors being considered for the scheme.
