Records from 1 January 2019 to the present pertaining to the formulation of the regulation setting out the new offence of dangerous overtaking of cyclists and there will be increased fines for drivers.I am also seeking records from 1 January 2018 to 3 January 2019 in relation to the proposed (now defunct) minimum safe passing distance bill.
