I am seeking the records of MATS Air Charters (private jets) hired from June 2020 to December 2021. By this, I mean, any private jet travel hired by the Department in lieu of using the Learjet or any other Air Corps aircraft. Please include any invoices and details of these trips (cost, dates, locations & who was aboard). Finally, I am also seeking the release of any records relating to the tender Framework Agreement for the provision of Contingency Arrangements for Ministerial Air Transport, as seen here. By this, I mean a copy of the request for tender and associated documents, a copy of the submission received from the eventual award winner and a copy of the contract signed between the Department and the award winner.
