Correspondence with the Department of Housing in relation to the return on investment for 'Housing For All' housing plan and the future current spending commitments. I am looking for recent correspondence (June to August 2021) related to the capital and current spending commitments in the 'Housing for All' plan (under the various delivery streams) and the related cost/benefit analysis. In relation to future years, I accept that budgets would not be committed to 2030, as this is on an annual basis. I am looking for the documents that set out a cost breakdown across the delivery streams (capital budget & local authority delivery/ capital budget and LDA delivery/ AHBs/ leasing/ PPP, shared ownership, etc). This is to identify the investment in capital assets and future current spending commitments, under the Plan.
