Please provide copies of all ecological/environmental/biodiversity studies undertaken by Fingal Co Co and its agents (DBFL Consulting Engineers et al) on the Royal Canal Urban Greenway project since November 2017 to date and submitted to the National Parks and Wildlife Service / Dept of Arts, Culture and Heritage.
