I am requesting that In relation to the period 20 February 2014 to this date I be furnished with copies of all correspondence and emails exchanged and records of all communications between Sean Guerin and the Taoiseach/Taoiseach's Department and records of all other communications between the Taoiseach or any person working within the Taoiseach’s Department and Sean Guerin together with all memoranda/advices relating to his appointment to conduct the Guerin Inquiry; : all memoranda, documents, advises and notes relating to correspondence/emails and communications with Sean Guerin and relating to the court proceedings Shatter v Guerin and records of all media queries received by the Department and replies thereto by the Department relating to the aforesaid proceedings; all documents/memoranda recording matters of relevance to the aforesaid proceedings and containing advices furnished to the Taoiseach and the Department relating thereto and all documents recording the deliberative process relating thereto and copies of all memoranda and advices furnished to the Taoiseach in relation to the outcome of the aforementioned proceedings, recording any decision made and minutes of all meetings held by the Taoiseach at which the aforesaid proceedings were discussed. The reference to Taoiseach in the aforesaid request should be taken as a reference to both the current Taoiseach and his predecessor.
