Tipperary County Council

The agreement struck between the council and the developer at the time. In particular we would like to know about any deposit, bond, guarantee or similar financial instrument that was agreed with the developer or if there was none why there was none as we understood the councils own guidelines at the time would have required something to be in place. In our FOI request we would also like to know if there were any other benefits, such as a new building, provided to or for the use of the council by the developer.
