To cover the period 1 January 2020-present in relation to:Any internal meeting minutes, internal inspection reports and/or briefing documents prepared for senior management/board level in relation to workers rights or employee welfare issues in the mushroom industry in general or at specific mushroom companies located in the county (to include issues related to accommodation or living conditions, pay, working conditions and hours, and sickness benefits) and associated information.
