I am seeking access to records held by the Kilmainham Gaol Museum, under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. I wish to request access to the following records: (1) What number of the Kilmainham Gaol Museum's staff have availed of counselling from the Department Welfare officer between 2000-2015? (If you could provide the total number of staff between these years for context too, please.) (2) How many sick leave days were taken between 2000-2015 due to stress, anxiety, depression or workplace or work-related illnesses? (Could the total number of days off be provided for comparison, and the figures be divided per year, i.e. In 2000, there were X days taken off due to stress, out of a total of Y days off in total.) (3) Could the number of harassment, bullying or abuse complaints made about staff at the Museum by other staff members between 2000-2015 be made available (divided per year and categorized per type of complaint)? (4) How many staff members have resigned/left the job from 2000-2015, citing problems with other staff members as the reason for their departure? (5) What is the most common reason employees give for leaving their role at Kilmainham Gaol Museum?
