Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation

Under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014, I wish to request non-personal records created since 1st October 2015 up to the present of the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform (‘DPER’) consisting of, or referring or relating to: 1. the conditions attached by DPER in respect of the Vote for the Department of Health for 2016 referred to in the attached ‘Record 1’ of the Department of Health a. any change subsequently in these conditions of sanction; 2. the letter of DPER to the Department of Health of 28th July 2017 referred to in ‘Record 6’ (attached) containing conditions attaching to sanction for Vote 38 in 2017 relating to pharmaceutical expenditure a. including any records relating to considerations leading to, or giving approval for, the issuance of this letter of 28th July 2017; 3. considerations by DPER of the contents of letter of 25th August 2017 from the Secretary General of the Department of Health in ‘Record 6’ (attached); 4. any guidelines considered or developed by DPER for use by the HSE when making reimbursement decisions referred to in ‘Record 6’; 5. any change in, or ending of, the conditions attached to Vote 38 expenditure on medicines referred to in that letter from DPER of 28th July 2017; 6. any conditions relating to pharmaceutical/medicines expenditure in sanction for Vote 38 in 2018 conveyed to the Department of Health.
