This request relates to the tender for the Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Procurement Consultancy Services (Ref: PAS104F) ("the Framework"). The Contract Notice was published on 4 May 2018. This request relates to Lot3 of the above-named Framework (Procurement Training and Development). We hereby request the following information: - The number of tenders received for Lot 3; - The number of companies appointed for Lot 3; - Reasons why any tenderers who submitted a tender failed to be appointed to Lot3; - A copy of the award letter issued to each successful tenderer for Lot 3; - A copy of the debrief letter issued to each unsuccessful tenderer for Lot 3; - The blended daily rate of each tenderer appointed to Lot 3. Alternatively, please provide the blended rates submitted devoid of company names; - The total score achieved by each tenderer appointed to Lot 3 (broken down by each of the three award criteria); - The total value of contracts awarded under Lot 3 to date; - The total number of contracts awarded under Lot 3 to date; - The names of all Contracting Authorities who have procured services under Lot 3 to date; - Contact details of the individual within each Contracting Authority who has called off the services under Lot 3; - Details of which tenderers have been awarded contracts under Lot 3 to date and by which Contracting Authority; and - A copy of all supplementary RFT's issued to the Framework Members appointed under Lot 3.
