In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I request access to the following records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by the Department of Transport: A record of all reports, including draft reports, submitted to the department related to the transition of a contract for the provision of Irish Coast Guard Air Search and Rescue operations from CHC Ireland to Bristow Ireland, dated between May 1, 2024 and the date of this request. This should include, but is not limited to, reports which were brought to the department's attention by CHC Ireland, Bristow Ireland, the Irish Aviation Authority or via the EASA ECCAIRS system. A record of reports and briefing documents sent to/from the Minister's office related to the transition of a contract for the provision of Irish Coast Guard Air Search and Rescue provision from CHC Ireland to Bristow Ireland, dated between May 1, 2024 and the date of this request. Where sensitive information that cannot be released under the Freedom of Information Act is an issue, I am willing to receive redacted information.
