RE: Defective Concrete Blocks (DCB) Grant Scheme. In the period of 01/06/2023 to 11/12/2023 - Request for in tabular format all records of  All requests made from Local Authorities for inclusion in the Defective Concrete Blocks (DCB) Grant Scheme as per Section 5 of the Remediation of Dwellings Damaged by the Use of Defective Concrete Blocks Act 2022 to include name of LA; date of request; and recommendation made  A copy of all requests from any Local Authority for inclusion in the DCB Grant Scheme  A copy of any non-technical or briefing/summary document provided to the Department/Minister from the Housing Agency following inspection or investigations (e.g. concrete block sampling and testing) by the Housing Agency  A copy of any recommendations from the Housing Agency to The Department and/or Minister of Housing whether an order to designate the whole or part of a local authority's administrative area should or should not be made by the Government
