I am submitting an FOI request for copies of tweets posted by Minister Donnelly on his twitter account for the last six months from today's date. It is no longer possible for access Minister Donnelly's Ministerial related tweets on his twitter account in the manner I had previously been advised in an FOI decision letter issued by the department and, as being able to access those tweets in that manner, what was the sole reason given by the department for refusing my previous request, I am now entitled to receive copies of those tweets.
