Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration All information and documentation held in whatsoever format which is within your possession or procurement relating to the following in the period 1 October 2016 to 5 October 2019: • All information, documentation and data held regarding minimum standards/ qualifications/ experience/ competence and /or accreditation requirements in respect of interpreters engaged to provide/ providing interpreter services at interviews conducted by the International Protection Office and for hearings conducted by the International Protection Appeals Tribunal. • All information, documentation and data held regarding the vetting of interpreters engaged to provide/ providing interpreter services at interviews conducted by the International Protection Office and for hearings conducted by the International Protection Appeals Tribunal. • All information, documentation and data held regarding training and courses in respect of interpreters engaged to provide/ providing interpreter services at interviews conducted by the International Protection Office and for hearings conducted by the International Protection Appeals Tribunal. • All information, documentation and data held regarding the selection and/or assignment and allocation of interpreters providing interpreter services at interviews conducted by the International Protection Office and for hearings conducted by the International Protection Appeals Tribunal. All information, documentation and data held regarding the procedures adopted in respect of the above selection, assignment and allocation. • All information, documentation and data held regarding complaints made to the Department of Justice including the International Protection Office Unit within it in respect of interpretation services provided. • All information, documentation and data identifying the bodies responsible for the payment and remittance of invoices for translation and interpretation services provided to the International Protection Office and International Protection Appeals Tribunal • All information, documentation and data held regarding fee or payment rates/remuneration level in respect of interpreters and/or interpreter services provided for interviews conducted by the International Protection Office and for hearings conducted by the International Protection Appeals Tribunal.
