I hereby request access to all records held by the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC) relating to the Proposed Belville Solar Farm project. For clarity, this request refers to the proposed solar farm development by Power Capital Renewable Energy (PCRE), located near Belville, Monivea, Co. Galway, commonly referred to as the “Belville Solar Farm.” This includes any associated grid connection or infrastructure works linked to this development, and any records where the project is referred to under a different internal name or reference. This request also covers any proposed Phase 2 or Phase 3 expansions, whether publicly announced or not, and any Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) or fire safety-related assessments. Additionally, I request any records relating to funding, incentives, approvals, or policy guidance provided to the project. Specifically, I request: 1. Funding, Policy, and Approval Records Applications, correspondence, or approvals regarding funding, grants, incentives, or other support for the Belville Solar Farm. Records of internal advice, policy assessments, or evaluations regarding eligibility, compliance, or energy policy alignment. Internal memos, minutes, or briefings concerning Phase 2/3 expansions, BESS/fire safety, or grid connection matters.
