To date, how many of those 1,152 received notices were confirmed through inspections in connection with the Building Authority of Galway City Council to have started works within the agreed time (i.e. no earlier than 28 days before works begin and no later than 14 days)? 2. How many of those 1,512 CN had not started works within the allocated time? 3. Out of 1,512 submissions, how many projects resubmitted adapted/changed planning applications after a CN was submitted? 4. How many, if any, of those 1,590 CNs required further follow up regarding issues with compliance relating to lack of action/ going beyond the legislated time frame for buildings to begin after CN were issued? a. From this figure, how many, if any, required the local authority to use powers of enforcement and prosecution where breeches of the planning regulation occurred? 5. How many Certificates of Compliance on Completion were issued by GCC in 2024? and how many to date in 2025? 6. How many properties were not given Certificate of Compliance by Completion Cert due to issues with CN in 2024? How many in 2025? 7. Can I please see any correspondence from Galway City Council’s Planning and Building Authority discussing developments that were not in compliance with legislation surrounding Cns?
