Please also provide details of any agency or promoter recorded as facilitating, organising or promoting each successful application. 2. Records or correspondence between the Independent Evaluation Committee and the Department about any problems, issues or trends relating to the programme, including correspondence relating to the decision to increase initially decrease and then restore the €1m investment threshold.
