This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act, 2014. I am seeking copies of the following in respect of the three years 2020, 2021 and 2022: 1. Certificates for Retention of Departmental Records or Part(s) Thereof, pursuant to Section 8(2) of the National Archives Act, 1986. 2. Certificates for Retention or Withholding from Public Inspection of Departmental Records pursuant to Section 8(4) of the National Archives Act, 1986. Please note, I am seeking copies of the completedcertificates, indicating whether the Consenting Officer of the Department of the Taoiseach has consented to the making of the certificates. 3. Schedules of records (if any) attached to the certificates specified at 1) and 2) above.
