In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, I request access to the following records which are non-personal and which I believe are held by the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform dated between September 6, 2025, and the date of this request: • All correspondence between Sean Sweeney, Metrolink project director, and The Department of Public Expenditure, at secretary general level and above, about the MetroLink project. • All correspondence between the Department of Transport and Department of Public Expenditure, at secretary general level and above, about the MetroLink project. Where sensitive information that cannot be released under the Freedom of Information Act is an issue, I am willing to receive redacted information. I am happy to discuss any aspect of my request insofar as it would help to clarify anything or make the process as efficient as possible. I appreciate your time in considering my request.
