A detailed list of all emails and their subject matter sent between/to and from any official in the Department to the Minister via provided email addresses since 2013. Copies/list of all emails and a brief description of their subject matter. 3. A list of all emails and attachments which the Minister sent to provided email addresses from her official email addresses. 4. A list of all emails and their attachments sent between the Minister or any official in the Department to a provided Gmail account since 2012 and a list of the recipients, subject matter and date of sending. 5. Copies/a list of all emails which Minister Fitzgerald received and sent to her mail and Gmail accounts using her official email addresses and constituency email address and a brief description of their subject matter as opposed to the contents of such correspondence. 6. A copy of the Department's policy on email and its use for official purposes and copies of any circulars and instructions.
