Copies of any correspondence (via email or text message) between Minister Donohoe and any of his special advisers with regard to declarations or recording of his election expenditure. This request to cover the period 1 Jan 2022 to the date of receipt of the request. Copies of any records held by Minister Donohoe either in his email account or his mobile phone referring or relating to his decision to recuse himself from reform of electoral and/or ethics legislation due to discrepancies in his declarations of electoral spending. Same time period as above. Searches of any mobile phones, relevant private email addresses and/or messaging services should be considered when processing this request.
