Information/records related to issuance and the approval of State of Israel's bond prospectuses. Specifically, I request any and all records including but not limited to: • Correspondence (emails, letters, or other communications) • Internal memos or briefing notes • Meeting minutes or records • Reports, analyses, or notes of discussions Timeframe: From January 1st, 2025 to the date of this request. Specifically on the above, I'm looking for records that pertain to: • Any communications between the Dept of Finance and the CBI related to Israel's Sovereign bond Prospectuses • Any communications between the Department of Finance and the State of Israel/the Development Corporation for Israel related to Israel's Sovereign bond prospectuses • Any communications between the Dept. of Finance and the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) concerning Israel's Sovereign bond prospectuses.
