1) Including Mr Ryan, how many officials attended COP28? 2) Total travel and subsistence costs involved in those persons attending COP28? 3) Copy of statements issued by Mr Ryan and or his officials during that visit, or otherwise in relation to COP28 within a three weeks following? 4) Copy of any formal information, briefings etc received by Mr Ryan and or his officials at COP28 or directly relevant to COP28 on his return to Ireland.
