Access to non-personal records held by the Department of Finance relating to the Ancillary State Support Scheme under the Nursing Homes Support Scheme Act 2009 (“Fair Deal”). Specifically, I am seeking access to any statistical, financial, or inter-departmental records which contain or refer to: The total amount collected by the State (via the Revenue Commissioners) under the Ancillary State Support Scheme, in respect of Fair Deal Applications submitted to the HSE between 1 January 2009 and 31 December 2013, where the original hospital admission was to the Stroke Unit at Beaumont Hospital. and where a Common Summary Assessment Report was completed at Beaumont Hospital for NHSS participation. This request is confined to aggregate statistical and financial data and does not seek any personal or patient-level information.
