Records requested regarding bollards on the rounadabout at the entrance to Tallaght IT on the Belgard Road to include a risk assessment or safety documentation which resulted in installation of bollards protecting the cycle lane at this junction,date of installation,number of times individual bollards were replaced since installation,dates of replacement and cost of replacement.
