I request the following: A copy of any database extract or other tabular spreadsheet record with the following data on the RZLT: the address/eircode; name of the site/property owner; the liability owed; the liability made to date; deferral (y/n); exemption (y/n) While the RZLT map run by the council has details on the porperties themselves, there are no futher details publicliy available as to the owners, or liabilities, and the mapping fuction does not allow for downloading a tabular list for analysis. Therefore, what I am requesting is NOT already in the public domain. Please provide the requested documents in electronic format and an acknowledgement letter as soon as possible. ​Please also contact me as early as possible where any potential refinement may be required and/or where costs are envisioned and can be reduced or eliminated through request refinement.
