I wish to be provided with the figures relating to the number of clinical negligence claims resolved by way of mediation in 2015. These figures are given in the 2014 Annual Report, but not in the 2015 report. I am researching in this area. Also, I would like to know how many invitations to mediation were issued in 2015 in clinical negligence claims and declined?
