The Department of Justice published the Report of the Working Group on Legislation on Periodic Payment Orders on 22 April 2015. At page 22 of that Report there is reference to a Department of Finance Paper on Indexation of 22 August 2014. Page one of it, in turn, refers to two papers, dated 23 June and 30 July, 2014, prepared by the Civil Law Reform Division of the Department of Justice. Could I get copies of these two papers.
