Part 8 planning permission has been obtained for the construction company Murnane & O'Shea to build 54 houses for Cork City Council on a site within 30m of Ennismore House, Montenotte, Cork which is classed as a Monument Number CO074-087 (Country House) by the National Monuments Service and listed as a Protected Structure, ref PS632 of the Cork City Development Plan, Vol. 2: Record of Protected Structures, 2004. Please send me the following, under the Freedom of Information Act:1. Notifications received regarding the above development. 2. Your response to any such notification received. 3. Any application received for a licence for an archaeological excavation at this site.4. Any licence issued foran archaeological excavation at this site. 5.
