Please outline how transfer requests work e.g. seniority, suitability based on PMDS, business reasons. Where business reasons apply please detail how such decisions are made i.e. reasoning and method. Since 2016 how many APs and POs have been moved based on transfer requests and the basis for the decision to transfer those involved. Whether any vacancies exist currently and where. Whether external transfer requests are considered. Any internal mobility policy and number of persons seeking transfer by location and grade and date sought.
