​All correspondence exchanged between Department and Fingal County Council between 01/01/2015 and 31/12/2015 regarding the availability to FCC of extra funding to make up the shortfall in FCC 2016 budget that would arise as a result of the global revaluation of the property of public utility companies carried out by the Commissioner for Valuation during 2015 under section 56 of the valuation Act 2001.
