Under the freedom of information act 2014, I am seeking the following "All records held by The Department of Foreign affairs regarding the following call for tender published on etenders on 17/08/2023 titled Archive/Record File Management Software https://www.etenders.gov.ie/epps/cft/prepareViewCfTWS.do?resourceId=2259093 In particular - I wish to receive a full copy of the following 1) A copy of all tender submissions 2) All internal correspondence regarding this tender (Inclusive of correspondence prior to publication of notice) within The Department of Foreign affairs from 25th February 2023 to date 3) All external correspondence from The Department of Foreign affairs regarding this tender (inclusive of correspondence prior to publication of notice) - i.e. to prospective tenderers 4) All copies of scoring sheets made by the awarding panel to include contemporaneous notes 5) All copies of financial quotes from bidders
