**The minister I am referring to throughout the FOI request is Minister Joe O'Brien** Any correspondence from the minister's office/the minister's personal secretary/any assistant secretary in the Department to Dr Ebun Joseph- Any correspondence to/from the minister's office/the minister's personal secretary/any assistant secretary in the Department which contains references to, or analysis of, the appointment of the Special Rapporteur for the National Plan Against Racism (NAPAR)- Any correspondence to/from the minister's office/the minister's personal secretary/any assistant secretary in the Department which contains references to, or analysis of, a need for anti-racism/anti-racist training/awareness in Irish society. I am only interested in materials dating from 01/01/2022 to present.
