This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2014. Please provide the number of service requests for housing maintenance on social housing units since 2019, breaking down the requests logged per month and into the categories of urgency used by the Council, such as Emergency, Urgent, and Routine. Please indicate how many requests remain outstanding for each category. Please also provide the number of inspections carried out by the Council of privately owned properties used for social housing over the same period, indicating the number that did not meet basic standards and the number of improvement letters sent, again breaking down by month. I would prefer to receive this information electronically, preferably in its original format.
