Decisions in respect of The Irish Coursing Club having regard to Statutory Instruments Numbered 560, 695 and 701 of 2020 :- A. A copy of all documents held by the Department or ascertainable / procurable by the Department in accordance with law, in respect of the inclusion of the Irish Coursing Club, and its sport of coursing, as being a sport permitted to operate pursuant to the Health Act 1947 (as amended) according to Statutory Instrument No. 560/2020, including communications with other Departments/Ministers/Ministers of State (including the Department of An Taoiseach/An Taoiseach) in respect of the foregoing- B. A copy of all documents held by the Department or ascertainable / procurable by the Department in accordance with law, in respect of the delisting of the Irish Coursing Club, and its sport of coursing, as being a sport permitted to operate pursuant to the Health Act 1947 (as amended) according to Statutory Instrument No. 695/2020, including communications with other Departments/Ministers/Ministers of State (including the Department of An Taoiseach/An Taoiseach) in respect of the foregoing- C. A copy of all documents held by the Department or ascertainable / procurable by the Department in accordance with law, in respect of the continued delisting of the Irish Coursing Club, and its sport of coursing, as being a sport permitted to operate pursuant to the Health Act 1947 (as amended) according to Statutory Instrument No. 701/2020, including communications with other Departments/Ministers/Ministers of State (including the Department of An Taoiseach/An Taoiseach) in respect of the foregoing-
