National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA)

All correspondence, documents, notes (including briefing notes and the documents used in the preparation thereof) and memoranda in relation to any funding or provision made, proposed or requested in respect of allegations of sexual assault against Michael Shine, former consultant at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Co. Louth. This may include claims made against the North eastern Health Board and/or the HSE. I believe that the earliest of any such records would be 2009 and that the NTMA would in this capacity be operating as the State Claims Agency.
