All minutes of meetings, notes, or records of discussions held by the Department of Health, between 2016 and 2019, relating to the decision to establish two separate registers (Counselling and Psychotherapy) under CORU. 2. Copies of any reports, submissions, or consultation summaries provided to the Minister for Health or senior officials which informed this decision. 3. Any correspondence (letters, briefing notes, or emails) between the Department of Health and CORU, training providers, or professional bodies concerning the rationale for a two-register system.
