In respect of the Regulation EC4/2009 (Reciprocal Enforcement of Maintenance orders) I request access to the following: Post 1 January 2017: 1. How many applications have there been to Irish Central Authority channelled to the new system? 2. How many effective enforcements have there been cases effectively enforced to the terms of the court order and those monies forwarded to the claimant between 1 January 2017 and 31 December 2021? 3. How many cases are outstanding from this period? Pre 1 January 2017: 1. How many cases remain outstanding from the pre 2017 group under the old system? 2. How many cases have been effectively enforced to the terms of the court order and these monies forwarded to the claimant? The system for incoming applications was changed and all new applications go through Dublin Metropolitan District Court since January 2017.
