Under the FOI Act 2014, I am seeking the following in relation to the recent consultation process conducted by the Department with regards impending hate speech legislation. • The names of all third party organisations/NGOs and private sector companies who took part in the consultation process. • The written submissions made by the technology companies Facebook (Ireland) Twitter, Google in their original form.
