details of all representations made to the Department of Finance in relation to Stamp Duty on share transactions involving companies quoted on the Enterprise Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange. I am looking for the names of all parties who made representations to the Minister on this matter, records of those representations held by the Department including emails, memos and letters between the Minister and all parties who made such representations. In addition I am looking for details (times, dates and any notes held within the Department) of any meetings with parties making representations to the Minister in relation to eliminating Stamp Duty on share transfers in ESM-listed firms. The timeframe is from 1st of October 2016 to 1st of May 2017.
