I understand that the Department has undertaken assessments of commercial fishing activities in all Natura 2000 areas (special areas of conservation and special protection areas). I understand these are informal assessments and not necessarily 'appropriate assessments' under Article 6 of the Habitats Directive. I am looking for copies of these assessments.
