Prior request for “A list of any obligated parties who failed to meet their energy savings in any given year of the scheme to date” to be revised to “The agenda, minutes (to include draft versions) and associated documents(those mentioned in the agenda and/or minutes) of any meetings hosted or attended by Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications in relation to the failure of any obligated party to meet their energy saving obligations for the duration of the first period of the scheme, ended 31st December 2020” and also “All correspondence (to include attachments and associated documents mentioned in the correspondence) sent to or from the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications in relation to the failure of any obligated party to meet their energy savings obligations for the duration of the first period of the scheme, ended 31st December 2020” 2. Prior request for “A list of penalties applied, stating the obligated party to whom it was applied, for non-delivery of energy saving obligations” to be revised to “All correspondence (to include attachments and associated documents mentioned in the correspondence) sent to or from the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications in pertaining to any penalties applied to any obligated party for failure to meet their obligation at any point during the first period of the scheme, ended 31st December 2020”
