The attached record was released to me on 03 March 2021 following an Internal Review decision in my favour. Recently, I has reason to access the original metadata for this record which was allegedly created in December 2009. I attach a screenshot of the "Properties" extracted from the pdf record released. This does not indicate the original author of the document or the original date of creation, both of which I wish to know urgently. Therefore, I hereby submit a new request for the original
