Anonymized aggregate statistics on probation outcomes for Third Secretaries, including pass/fail rates, extension rates, and termination rates. 5. Anonymized summaries of performance issues commonly raised in reviews of probationary Administrative Officers and Third Secretaries, without identifying individuals. 6. Copies of the DFA’s probation management policies, including any documents outlining the department’s obligations under the “Guidelines on Managing Probation in the Civil Service.” 7. Records demonstrating how the DFA maintains comprehensive records of formal reviews, follow-up actions, and ongoing assessments during probationary periods for Third Secretaries and Administrative Offices 8. Anonymized data on the frequency and nature of formal review meetings held with probationary Third Secretaries. 9. Any departmental policies or guidelines related to accommodating employees with disabilities or neurodivergent conditions during their probationary period. 10. Anonymized data on the number of probationary Third Secretaries who disclosed a disability or neurodivergent condition, and any accommodations provided.
