Request access to all non-personal records relating to the decision (as set out in S.I. No. 279/2002 – the Occupational Pension Schemes (Preservation of Benefits) Regulations, 2002) to exclude the ‘An Post Main Superannuation Scheme, 1990’ from the provisions of part III of the Pensions Act, 1990, and any records concerning action taken if the Department has received information that the Scheme is not providing benefits that are no less favourable than those set out under Part III of the 1990 Act.
